Resuming a Content Assessment After Closing Unexpectedly

When a student is in the middle of a content assessment, and their exam closes unexpectedly (e.g. their browser quits, unprompted by the student), a teacher can resume the content assessment for their student to resume. When a teacher resumes the exam for their student, the student is able to start from the question they last left off on once the teacher selects to resume.

To do this:

  1. Click the Assessments tab from a course, student group, or grade level
  2. Under Stopped, click Invalidate or Resume next to a students content assessment to take action on a content assessment that has stopped
