Limited Access Accounts

If there's a blue banner across the top of your platform saying “We’re currently working with your district to enable this feature. Stay tuned!”, this means that you have a limited access account. 
Note: Limited access accounts will still be able to access Curriculum and Learning Space pages. These accounts will not be able to access any Setup pages.

There are two reasons for limited access:

1. Your school has not yet completed the Program Agreement.
Once the agreement is completed and we will change the status of your Platform and you should gain full access to the Platform.

2. Your account uses a personal email domain.
Only email accounts belonging to districts and organizations have tools to manage access to those provided emails. To ensure a higher level of privacy and security, we prevent personal domain emails from having full access to the Platform.

If your account was originally created with a personal email domain and you have a district or organization email, an admin will need to update your email address in your account.
