What happens in the event of a dispute about the Summit Learning Program?

The Terms of Service outline a dispute resolution process consistent with our values and mission. In the event of a dispute, we would undertake reasonable efforts to cooperate informally to address the problem. If that did not work, the Terms of Service require arbitration, which is an efficient process for achieving a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Summit is a nonprofit network of public schools that offer the Summit Learning Program to any school in the U.S. for free. Everything we do is guided by our vision to equip every student to lead a fulfilled life. We simply would not be able to provide access to the Platform, curriculum, and professional development for free under any other dispute resolution process.
