Yes. Summit Public Schools is a nonprofit that operates public schools across California and Washington state. Summit Learning ensures its practices surrounding the technology services Summit Learning provides to schools help schools stay compliant with their FERPA obligations. Participating schools using the Summit Platform and related Services control the information that is provided to Summit Learning and are required to do so in a manner that is consistent with FERPA.
