How can I get help while using the Summit Learning Platform?

There are 3 ways for you to get help while using the Summit Learning Platform.

Help Ticket

If you’re unable to find the resources you need on the Teacher Guide or in the Help Center, you can submit a help ticket:

  1. From any page, click ic_help_black_24dp_2x.png Help in the lower right corner.
  2. Click Contact Us to open a pop-up window where you can submit your request.
  3. Type in your email address, summary of your request, and detailed description. You can also upload an attachment (ex: screenshot).
  4. Click Send.

We'll respond to all requests submitted before 5:00pm PST Monday-Friday within the same day. Learn more about our tips for submitting an effective help ticket.

Schedule a Call

If you'd rather speak with someone from the Summit Learning Platform team over the phone, you can schedule a call:

  1. From any page, click ic_help_black_24dp_2x.png Help in the lower right corner.
  2. Click Schedule a call
  3. Choose the type of call you want.
  4. Click the day and then the time you can talk.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Live Chat

If you have a quick question, you can chat with a specialist from the Summit Learning Platform team:

  1. From any page, click ic_help_black_24dp_2x.png Help in the lower right corner.
  2. Click Live chat with us.
  3. Type in your question, click send, and a support specialist will be with you shortly.

Live chat is available from 9am to 5pm PST Monday-Friday.
