How can I get help using the Summit Learning Platform?

In this article, you'll find instructions on how to:


Help Ticket

If you’re unable to find the resources you need in the Learning Space or the Help Center, you can submit a help ticket:

  1. From any page, click Screenshot_2023-05-17_at_10.18.26_AM.png in the lower right corner
  2. Click Contact Us to open a pop-up window where you can submit your request
  3. Type in your email address, a summary of your request, and a detailed description (include specific links, screenshots, and the scope of the problem). You can also upload an attachment 
  4. Click Send

We'll respond to all requests submitted before 4:00 pm PST Monday-Friday within the same day. 


Schedule a Call

If you'd rather speak with someone from the Summit Learning platform team over the phone, you can schedule a call:

  1. From any page, click Screenshot_2023-05-17_at_10.18.26_AM.png in the lower right corner
  2. Click Schedule a call
  3. Choose the type of call you want
  4. Click the day and then the time you can talk.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Live Chat

If you have a quick question, you can chat with a specialist from the Summit Learning platform team:

  1. From any page, click Screenshot_2023-05-17_at_10.18.26_AM.png in the lower right corner
  2. Click Live chat with us
  3. Type in your question, click send, and a support specialist will be with you shortly

Live Chat is available from 8 am - 12 pm PST Monday-Friday.
