Help Ticket
If you’re unable to find the resources you need in the Learning Space or the Help Center, you can submit a help ticket:
- From any page, click in the lower right corner
- Click Contact Us to open a pop-up window where you can submit your request
- Type in your email address, a summary of your request, and a detailed description (include specific links, screenshots, and the scope of the problem). You can also upload an attachment
- Click Send
We'll respond to all requests submitted before 4:00 pm PST Monday-Friday within the same day.
Schedule a Call
If you'd rather speak with someone from the Summit Learning platform team over the phone, you can schedule a call:
- From any page, click in the lower right corner
- Click Schedule a call
- Choose the type of call you want
- Click the day and then the time you can talk. We look forward to hearing from you!
Live Chat
If you have a quick question, you can chat with a specialist from the Summit Learning platform team:
- From any page, click in the lower right corner
- Click Live chat with us
- Type in your question, click send, and a support specialist will be with you shortly
