You can create and edit accounts for parents/guardians:
- Click on the Setup section from the menu on the left.
- Click Students.
- For a student whose parent/guardian information you want to edit, click ⋮ to the right of their name.
- Click Parent or Guardian.
- Click + Add Parent.
- Enter the parent’s first name, last name, email address and phone number.
- Select a username for your parent.
- If you want to add a second parent, click + Add Parent.
- Click Save.
- To immediately edit parent/guardian information for the next student on the list, click next to the current student's name in the upper right. Otherwise, click Close to return to your list of students.
- You can add the same parent/guardian for more than one student. To do so, click + Add Parent and then add their first name, last name, and email address. You'll have to make sure to enter the same exact email address for the parent/guardian.
- Also, you may want to consider importing contact information for all parents/guardians at once, rather than inputting parent/guardian information for each student.
