You can create and edit accounts for parents/guardians:
- Click on the Setup section from the menu on the left.
- Click Students.
- For a student whose parent/guardian information you want to edit, click to the right of their name.
- Click Parent or Guardian.
- Click + Add Parent.
- Enter the parent’s first name, last name, email address and phone number.
- Select a username for your parent.
- If you want to add a second parent, click + Add Parent.
- Click Save.
- To immediately edit parent/guardian information for the next student on the list, click next to the current student's name in the upper right. Otherwise, click Close to return to your list of students.
Note: If you need one parent/guardian account for more than one student, submit a help ticket. We'll need some additional information to help you set up these types of parent/guardian accounts and will follow up with further instructions.
