Where can I create and edit parent/guardian accounts?

You can create and edit accounts for parents/guardians:

  1. Click on the Setup section from the menu on the left.
  2. Click Students.
  3. For a student whose parent/guardian information you want to edit, click ⋮ to the right of their name.
  4. Click Parent or Guardian.
  5. Click + Add Parent.
  6. Enter the parent’s first name, last name, email address and phone number.
  7. Select a username for your parent.
  8. If you want to add a second parent, click + Add Parent.
  9. Click Save.
  10. To immediately edit parent/guardian information for the next student on the list, click ic_arrow_back_black_24dp_2x.png ic_arrow_forward_black_24dp_2x.png next to the current student's name in the upper right. Otherwise, click Close to return to your list of students. 

Note: You can add the same parent/guardian for more than one student. To do so, click + Add Parent and then add their first name, last name, and email address. You'll have to make sure to enter the same exact email address for the parent/guardian.
