You can create and edit accounts for parents/guardians:
- Click on the Setup section from the menu on the left.
- Click Students.
- For a student whose parent/guardian information you want to edit, click to the right of their name.
- Click Parent or Guardian.
- Click + Add Parent.
- Enter the parent’s first name, last name, email address and phone number.
- Select a username for your parent.
- If you want to add a second parent, click + Add Parent.
- Click Save.
- To immediately edit parent/guardian information for the next student on the list, click next to the current student's name in the upper right. Otherwise, click Close to return to your list of students.
Note: You can add the same parent/guardian for more than one student by entering their first name, last name, and email address. You'll have to make sure to enter the same exact email address for the parent/guardian.
