How long is data retained in the Summit Learning Platform? Can it be deleted?

Summit Public Schools (Summit) retains student data in the Summit Learning Platform as long as a school is participating in the Summit Learning Program. After that, Summit deletes student data upon request by the school and in accordance with applicable law.  Parents, legal guardians and students may at any time request that personal information be corrected or deleted through the student’s school or teacher, who will make any appropriate changes themselves or submit requests to Summit by emailing info@summitlearning.org.
