What kind of student data is stored by Summit?

Summit stores information to enable users to effectively use the Platform for educational purposes, and to improve the platform for users.

Some examples of the types of information include:

  • Basic student information, such as name, grade level, enrolled courses, and e-mail address.
  • Student assignments, projects, grades, and feedback given by teachers.
  • User experience information, such as site navigation and answers to surveys about the Platform or curricula.
