How do I create a section?

To create a manual section:

  1. On the left-hand menu, select Setup.
  2. Select Sections.
  3. Click Add section button.2023-05-18_16_58_58-Summit_Learning.png
  4. Under Subject, select a subject. Type the name of the section.
  5. Under Grade level, select grade level.
  6. Enter Section name.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Select a course from the Curriculum.
    • If you don't want your section to map to a course, click the edit icon next to the section name, click Courses and remove the course from the section.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Enter Teacher Name or Email address.
    • You'll be able to add more teachers to this section later
  11. Click Save.
