How do I change my School's Tableau email?

Please keep in mind that each school will only be able to create one Tableau account to access School Dashboards.  If your school has already created an account or has one from previous years, you will need to go through the following process to update the email associated with your school's Tableau account.

Updating your School's Tableau Email

Once you are logged onto summitlearning.org, click the Setup button on the left menu bar.

Next, click the School button.

Then, you will see the email that is currently associated with your school's Tableau account.  If you would like to change the email, update this field to the new email and click Save.

Note:  This email address must be associated with your school's domain.  Due to student privacy limitations, you can not use a personal email (i.e. @gmail.com or @yahoo.com).

Creating a new Password

Within 7 business days, you will receive an email from Tableau (reghelp@onlinemail.tableau.com) with the subject line You've Been Invited to Tableau Online.  Open the email and click on the Sign In button.  You will then be directed to a page that will walk you through how to create a Tableau password.  Note: Sometimes this email gets filtered to the Spam folder.  If after 7 business days you have not received an email, please contact us.

Just a reminder, we encourage you to use a password that you are willing to share with your team.
