What if I forgot my school's Tableau password?

If you have already created a Tableau account, go to 10az.online.tableau.com and click Forgot Password.  We recommend checking with your team first to see if anyone remembers the password.  Updating the password affects all users using this set of credentials, so you will need to share the updated password with your team.

You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Tableau account.  After submitting your email address, you will receive an email that will walk you through how to update your password.

What if I forgot my school's Tableau email address?

You can follow the directions here to see and/or change your school's Tableau email.  If the field is empty, your school does not have a Tableau username yet. If this is the case, follow the directions here.  Remember to click Save once you have added an email address.

When I try to reset my password, Tableau gives me an error message.

If Tableau gives you the message -- There was a problem with your request. Please try again.

This means that your email address is not associated with a Tableau account.  Use the directions here to check to see if you are using the correct email address associated with your school's Tableau account.  If it is accurate and it has been 7 business days since the email was added, please contact us.
