Spring Break Planning Guide for Mentoring

What is this resource about? Help students identify areas of cog skills that they would like to improve on, power playlists they still need to complete and additional playlists in each class. Students then have a space to set a SMART spring break goal and a year long goal. Paper copy to bring home to families as additional communication.

Use before spring break during mentor time to help students identify areas of cog skills that they would like to improve on, power playlists they still need to complete and additional playlists in each class. Student then can make accurate goals for over spring break and by the end of the year. Great end of the quarter check in!
