You can now update checkpoints and final products with new docs, even after you’ve assigned a project to your students:
- From the project page, click Edit Project.
- Click Final Product, or under Project Plan, click Checkpoints to upload a new Google Doc for either the project’s final product or checkpoint.
- Under Custom Template, you can upload a new Google Doc from your Google Drive. You’ll first be notified how many students will be affected by the update. Click Replace to upload the new Google Doc.
- Students already assigned to the updated checkpoint or final product will be notified that they must copy any work they’ve already done into the new version of the Google Doc.
