How do I edit projects after they are assigned?

You can now update checkpoints and final products with new docs, even after you’ve assigned a project to your students:

  1. From the project page, click Edit Project.
  2. Click Final Productor under Project Plan, click Checkpoints to upload a new Google Doc for either the project’s final product or checkpoint.
  3. Under Custom Template, you can upload a new Google Doc from your Google Drive. You’ll first be notified how many students will be affected by the update. Click Replace to upload the new Google Doc.
  4. Students already assigned to the updated checkpoint or final product will be notified that they must copy any work they’ve already done into the new version of the Google Doc.

  • I accidentally uploaded the wrong file to the astronomy course and I can not figure
    out how to delete the wrong file and upload the file. The file is a description of what
    to do on the project. I've tried the help section but still can't do it.
